Come grow with us! We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender/Mixologist to lead our bar program. The ideal candidate will feature our craft spirits in unique and delicious seasonal cocktails. Provide an inviting bar experience that engages and informs guests about our unique craft beverages. Develop specialty cocktails for seasonal specials, paring diners and unique events.

Duties

- Develop seasonal cocktail menus and specials which feature our award winning craft beverages

- Plan and implement bar preparation routines

- Ensure regulatory compliance for beverage sales, sanitation and safety regulations

- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies

- Maintain standard recipes to ensure consistency

- Monitor costs and work towards budgetary goals
