• Scheduling not level at site. Needs Monday and Fridays covered

• Dates/Schedule: 4-10's alternating schedule to ensure Monday, Fridays are covered. Need 4-10's in 5 days (if working 4 shifts, the provider would have 1 day off during the week) or Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday shift work
\n
• Length of Assignment: potential ongoing needs
\n
• Call Ratio: weekend call is an option
\n
• Case Mix: No infants. Be prepared to do all cases in trauma setting. capable of cardiac and neuro. but they have a cardiac team
\n
• Trauma Level: Level 1
\n
• Supervision and Ratio: Medical Directive
\n
• Active License: Prefers Active TN license
\n
• Credentialing Time Frame: 30-60 days
\n
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
\n
