Title Registered Nurse (RN) Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF / LTC) Location Alturas, CA 96101 Facility Modoc Medical Center Duration 13 weeks (with possible extension) Pay Rate As Expected Job Overview We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) assignment. This is a 13-week contract offering the opportunity to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a structured nursing facility environment. Specialties / Units Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) RN The ideal candidate has experience in SNF or long-term care settings and is comfortable working flexible shifts in a patient-focused environment. Requirements Active RN License (CA or Compact preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience BLS/BCLS (Mandatory) Strong clinical and patient care skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Assignment Details Start Date: 05/01/2026 Shift: Days / Nights / Weekends (12-hour shifts based on scheduling needs) Hours: 36 hours/week guaranteed Contract Length: 13 weeks (with possible extension) Holiday Coverage: Not required On-Call: $5/hr pager (if applicable) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Additional Opportunities We also have multiple openings for Registered Nurses (RN) in the following specialties: Med Surg Telemetry ICU (Intensive Care Unit) PCU (Progressive Care Unit) ER (Emergency Room) Labor & Delivery PACU #J-18808-Ljbffr GlobalPoint
