Business Operations Manager

Collaborative, people-centered culture EOS® operating system for clarity, accountability, and traction Sophisticated clients and modern, paperless processes Strategic visibility and influence firmwide What You’ll Do Support M&A-related data and integration projects Optimize firmwide workflow and ensure a seamless process Support work assignment, capacity planning, and prioritization Own operational reporting, dashboards, and EOS scorecards (“truth teller”) Analyze data related to workflow, capacity, and client engagements Lead Lean Six Sigma process improvement initiatives Manage cross-functional operational and technology projects Support software implementations, training, and adoption Partner with IT and internal teams on systems, data, and AI initiatives What We’re Looking For Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Data, reporting, and dashboard experience Software and IT engagement experience Lean Six Sigma background or openness to using Six Sigma tools Leadership presence with ability to influence without authority Education & Experience Professional services experience strongly preferred Salary Range $90,000 to $120,000 (depends on experience, credentials, and qualifications) How We Operate EOS® Clear expectations.
