About the Role

\n

\n

Wayzim is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Sales & Proposal Coordinator to support our Key Account Team in the U.S.

\n

\n

This role will primarily focus on sales proposals, quotations, contracts, commercial documentation, and internal coordination. The position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is responsible, careful, and eager to learn.

\n

\n

Previous experience in sales or logistics automation is not required. We value attention to detail, reliability, responsiveness, and a positive attitude.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n

* Prepare, format, review, and maintain sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and other commercial documents.

\n

* Support the Amazon Key Account Team throughout the proposal, bidding, and contracting processes.

\n

* Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to collect required information.

\n

* Track proposal submissions, contract revisions, approvals, deadlines, and follow-up actions.

\n

* Review documents carefully to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and professional presentation.

\n

* Maintain organized records of proposals, contracts, customer documentation, and correspondence.

\n

* Assist with customer requests, presentations, reports, and other sales-support activities.

\n

* Help track customer requirements and internal action items to ensure timely follow-up.

\n

* Provide general coordination and administrative support to the Amazon Key Account Team as needed.

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n

* 2–3 years of professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

\n

* Bachelor’s degree preferred.

\n

* Must be based in the United States; candidates located in the Pacific Time Zone / Western U.S. are preferred.

\n

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

\n

* Highly organized with strong follow-through and time-management skills.

\n

* Positive, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

\n

* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

\n

* Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and multiple deadlines.

\n

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

\n

* Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and functions.

\n

* Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus, but not required.

\n

* Previous internship or work experience involving proposals, contracts, sales operations, project coordination, or administrative support is a plus, but not required.
