Job Position: Forklift Receiving Associate -1st Shift (4-Day Work Week)

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46226

Pay: $20.00/hour (Weekly Pay)

Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesday-Friday

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Work a 4-day schedule in a hands-on receiving and forklift role.

We are hiring a Receiving Associate to support warehouse and manufacturing operations. This role involves unloading shipments, operating forklifts, and ensuring materials are received and stored accurately.

What You'll Do:

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to unload and move materials
• Unload trailers, tankers, or railcars as needed
• Verify incoming shipments against paperwork
• Receive materials into the system using RF scanner
• Store materials in designated warehouse areas
• Move and organize materials on the dock

Must-Have Requirements:

• 1-2 years forklift experience (sit-down and/or stand-up)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of warehouse receiving processes
• Reliable attendance

Nice to Have:

• Experience with RF scanners or WMS systems
• Manufacturing or industrial warehouse background

Work Environment:

• Warehouse and dock environment
• Frequent lifting, moving, and unloading materials
• May involve unloading trailers, tankers, or railcars
• Standing and active for most of the shift

Important:

This is a physically active role , not a desk-based position.
You will be unloading materials and operating equipment throughout the shift.
