LOCAL PER DIEM LVN/RN | NACOGDOCHES, TEXAS JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking compassionate and dependable LVNs/RNs for a Local Per Diem Opportunity in Nacogdoches, Texas . The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

POSITION DETAILS

• Position: Local Per Diem LVN/RN
• Location: Nacogdoches, Texas
• Employment Type: Per Diem

SHIFT DETAILS

• Shift: Day Shift
• Hours: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
• 12-Hour Shift

PAY RATE

• $39.00 - $45.50 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active LVN/LPN or RN license in good standing
• Current BLS certification required
• Previous nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Commitment to delivering quality patient care

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct patient care and nursing interventions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and assess patient conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Follow all nursing policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Assist in coordinating patient care and treatment plans
• Promote patient comfort, safety, and well-being
