Position Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Registered Nurse (RN)



Employment Type: Travel Contract



Location: Texas



Schedule: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday



Pay Rate: $45.00 - $52.50 Per Hour

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate LVNs and RNs for a travel assignment in Texas. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Promote a positive and patient-centered care experience.

Requirements LVN Candidates

• Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

RN Candidates

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong assessment and patient care skills.
