Job Title : Production Equipment Technician Location : South Windsor, Connecticut Base Salary : $52,000 – $54,000 + Bonus Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Production Equipment Technician to join operations team in South Windsor, CT. This role is responsible for maintaining production equipment to ensure maximum availability, reliability, and performance. The ideal candidate will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on high-speed production machinery and equipment, including systems related to archival storage and retrieval of computer-generated data (file-based servers where applicable). This is a hands‑on technical role requiring strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to interpret technical manuals and service documentation. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Strong working knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance. Proven proficiency in operating and repairing high-speed production equipment. Ability to interpret technical documentation and troubleshooting manuals. Experience installing electrical wiring and controls. Familiarity with computer hardware related to production equipment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to respond quickly and effectively in time‑sensitive environments. Preferred Skills Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as FIIX. Knowledge of preventative maintenance planning. Understanding of file-based server systems within production environments.
