What You Can Expect
What You'll Get:
- Typically scheduled 50 hours/week, including built-in overtime pay
- Free employee meals during shifts
- Health and dental insurance for eligible employees
- 401(k) retirement plan for eligible employees (starting 10/1)
- Up to 2 weeks vacation pay, based on tenure
- Growth opportunities into General Manager and above
- $100 referral bonus for current employees who refer a new hire
What We're Looking For

- Prior restaurant or retail management experience required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- A drive to grow into a General Manager role
