The typical goal of their initiatives is to advance their DEIB strategic goals through interventions, workshops and other experiences. They also want to ensure the company remains compliant with federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations. You would be responsible for helping move target initiatives forward and serve as the point person driving this effort. The ideal candidate should have strong DEIB practitioner experience and stakeholder management skills, as they may be interfacing with Global/dispersed HR Leads and coordinating across multiple time zones and cultures.Both full-time and part-time contract positions are typically available and vary in length from 2-12 months.QualificationsRequired Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree requiredRequired Minimum Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of appropriate experienceRequired SkillsMust have strong project management experience (change management experience is a plus)Background in Human Capital, HR, and/or DEIBExperience engaging with Global Leads/stakeholders is a plusAbility to effectively coordinate with individuals in multiple time zones and culturesAdept at facilitating cross-functional collaboration and engagement with leadership across the organizationStrong presentation and storytelling skillsAbility to easily package and present information in a consumable manner at the executive levelMust be a resilient and a "go-getter", willing to roll-up your sleeves and be hands-onAbility to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environmentAbility to manage multiple and competing prioritiesAbility to collaborate to build successful relationshipsAbility to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environmentAbility to work effectively in a virtual team environmentExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsTargeted Pay RateVaries based on client.
