ABOUT THE ROLE – Production Associate\n
\nWe are seeking energetic and reliable Production Associates to support our beverage and dessert manufacturing operations in Penn Yan, NY. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards throughout the manufacturing and packaging process. Production Associates play an essential part in maintaining line efficiency, supporting safe work practices, and preparing finished goods for warehouse storage.\n

WHAT YOU’LL DO \n
\n• Lift product from conveyors and place into appropriate containers\n
\n• Operate labelers, ink‑jet printers, box erectors, and case packers\n
\n• Stack finished cases on pallets and safely use pallet jacks\n
\n• Perform manual cleaning duties and maintain good housekeeping throughout the facility\n
\n• Support quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance standards, including GMPs\n
\n• Assist with basic equipment operation and communicate issues to Leads or Supervisors\n
\n• Accurately follow procedures and complete documentation as required\n
\n• Contribute to a positive, flexible team environment and assist in other areas as needed\n
\n• Perform other duties as assigned\n

WHAT YOU’LL NEED \n
\n• High school diploma or GED required\n
\n• 2–3 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or related environment preferred\n
\n• Ability to work effectively as part of a team\n
\n• Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability\n
\n• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, bend, reach, and perform physical labor\n
\n• Ability to follow written procedures and instructions\n
\n \n
THE SCHEDULE & SETTING \n
\n• Rotating 12‑hour schedule\n
\nWeek A: 36 hours (Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday)\n
\nWeek B: 48 hours (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday)\n
\n• Shift: Days, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.\n
\n• Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime\n
\n• Work is performed in a fast‑paced production environment with routine lifting and manual handling\n
\n• Exposure to processing, packaging, and cold/hot temperature zones as part of normal duties\n
\n \n
PAY & BENEFITS \n
\nPay Range (Base Pay): $18.75/hour\n
\nOther Compensation: May include overtime pay and shift premiums where applicable\n
