What are you waiting for? APPLY TODAY! Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service. - Responsibilities include: Check members into the system. Guide prospective members on tours and assist with new account sign-up. Update member accounts as needed. Respond promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns, escalating to management when necessary. Perform detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility. Qualifications/Requirements Exceptional customer service skills; positive and professional interaction with members and co-workers. Positive mental attitude is a plus! Customer service experience preferred. Punctuality and reliability are essential. Diplomatic in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language. High School diploma or GED required. Must be 18 years or older. Physical Demands Stand and walk continuously during shifts. Talk regularly in person or on the phone. Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. May encounter cleaning products during shifts. We prioritize safety and cleanliness, following strict protocols to ensure a safe environment for our team and members.
