School Security | West Lawn, PA | $20.00 per Hour
KRE Security, LLC is hiring a dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officer for a permanent, part-time afterschool position at a school campus in West Lawn, PA. This position offers a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule that is perfect for someone seeking supplemental income, steady afternoon hours, and a professional work environment. You’ll help maintain a safe and welcoming campus during afterschool programs, extracurricular activities, and dismissal-related operations. Schedule Monday–Friday
3:45 PM–7:00 PM
- No weekends
- No late nights
- No rotating schedule
- Permanent school assignment
- Consistent weekday hours
- Team-oriented work environment
- Additional hours may be available at school events
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the campus
- Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor access during afterschool activities
- Conduct routine patrols of the school building and surrounding grounds
- Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or policy violations
- Complete clear, accurate, and timely incident reports
- Work professionally with administrators, staff, students, visitors, and supervisors
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and orderly environment
- Follow all site procedures and emergency-response protocols
- Respond calmly and professionally to incidents when necessary
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining reliable attendance
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm, alert, and professional in a school environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and conduct patrols throughout the shift
- Must successfully complete all required background checks and school clearances
- Clearance-process guidance will be provided; applicants are responsible for associated fees
- Previous security, customer service, military, law enforcement, corrections, education, or public-safety experience is preferred but not required
- No security experience is required—we will train the right candidate
- Paid Time Off begins accruing after 60 days of employment
