About the Job ABA Case Manager. (BCaBA and Master's-Level Candidates Welcome). Location: San Fernando, CA. Salary: $27.00-$30.00/per hour (Based on experience). - Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.).
- Develop and update treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and analyze data.
- Provide parent training and support.
- Collaborate with clinical team.
- Master's degree in ABA or related field (preferred).
- Bachelors Degree with proof of enrollment in Master's Program (acceptable).
- BCaBA, or pursuing BCBA.
- 2+ years of ABA experience (preferred).
- Reliable transportation + willingness to travel.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Passionate, reliable, and enjoys working with children and mentoring others.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
