General Manager

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee operations at our location in Sturgis, MI. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including but not limited to: Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company goals Managing and supervising staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high levels of service quality Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed Overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders Location: 501 S.
