Retail Display Installer - Electronics - Part Time

Join ActionLink as a Part‑Time Retail Merchandiser, serving San Marcos, CA, and the surrounding area. Responsibilities Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory. Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays. Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel. Work up to 15 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; no weekends or evenings. Potential for additional hours if covering larger regions or traveling. Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit. Compensation and Benefits Hourly wage: $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. W2 employment with bi‑weekly pay schedule and direct deposit. Optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match. Travel reimbursement for store‑to‑store drive time and mileage. Paid training time provided to prepare for program success. Accrue paid time off hours every week worked. Versatile: Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory. Attention to detail: Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams. Independent and teamwork‑oriented: Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed. Tech‑ready: Internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access is a plus. Travel ability: Must have a driver’s license, personal vehicle, and be required to use the vehicle for role responsibilities. Physical ability: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
