full time, true generalist Anesthesiologist for an ongoing locum opportunity in Des Moines, Iowa. This position requires broad clinical capability across multiple service lines and openness to in house call. Providers focused solely on OB will not be considered.Assignment Details:Location: Des Moines, IAStart Date: ASAPSchedule: Full timeCall: In house call required (includes weekends, varies)Rate: Up to $450 per hourPractice Environment:Combination of hospital and surgical center settingsLevel II Trauma CenterEstablished group of 45 AnesthesiologistsCoverage across 28 operating locationsSupport from CRNAs and tech staff (no AA's)Providers will work independently at times with occasional CRNA supervisionClinical Scope:Full spectrum of cases including:GeneralOrthopedicsUrologyRoboticsCardiacPediatricsRequired Skills:Strong generalist skillset across multiple specialtiesProficient in:Regional anesthesiaSpinal and epidural anesthesiaCardiac: TEE certification requiredPediatrics: Fellowship requiredSystems:EMR: Epic and paper chartingCredentials:Board Certified or Board EligibleACLS and BLS requiredFlu vaccination required
