Restaurant Assistant Manager – South Plainfield, NJ Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities Supervise and direct staff activities. Maintain accounting and administrative duties, including BOH food/labor cost, according to company policy. Focus on friendly, efficient guest service. Qualifications Previous experience within casual dining. Ability to act as a "Brand Ambassador" and maintain high guest orientation, honesty, and integrity. A solid track record of achieving financial results. Desire to mentor and develop others. Three or more years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume atmosphere.
