Dental Treatment Coordinator

Treatment Presentation and Acceptance: Expertly present comprehensive treatment plans to patients, clearly explaining procedures, benefits, and financial options to maximize acceptance.
Patient Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with patients, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and comfortable throughout their care.
Schedule Management: Utilize people skills and advanced dental knowledge to strategically create and maintain a full, productive, and smoothly flowing patient schedule.
Insurance Communication: Clearly explain dental insurance benefits, coverage, and filing procedures to patients.
Patient Education: Provide in-depth patient education regarding oral health, recommended procedures, and post-treatment care.
Team Collaboration: Act as a central hub for communication between the clinical team and the patient, promoting a cohesive and positive team environment.

full-time $20 - $25 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Compensation Growth: Pay will increase based on proven experience, depth of knowledge, education, and willingness to take on increased responsibilities within the practice.

Days of Operation: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Typical Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (specific daily schedule to be discussed).
Office Location: One office location in Hattiesburg, MS. No travel required.
Weekends: No Saturdays or Sundays.

Proven Dental Knowledge: Demonstrated advanced knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and treatment planning, often gained through experience as an exceptional Dental Assistant, Dental Hygienist, or Office Manager.
Excellent Communication Skills: Superior interpersonal skills with a proven ability to present information compellingly and build rapport quickly.
Treatment Plan Presentation Experience: Prior, specific experience presenting and achieving patient acceptance of complex dental treatment plans.
Dental Software Proficiency: High level of expertise with Eaglesoft dental software for a quick and seamless start.
Insurance Expertise: Strong working knowledge of dental insurance filing, verification, and explanation to patients.

Experience utilizing advanced office tools such as Modento, Dental Intelligence, or similar practice management/communication platforms.
Experience in a previous Office Manager role who is seeking to focus less on administrative/clerical tasks (e.g., posting, bill paying, payroll).
