This Opportunity This opportunity is open to candidates residing in the state of Florida. Manage water infrastructure projects and project teams to support the planning, design, and construction of water treatment, pumping, distribution, and storage projects. Develop creative solutions to complex water treatment challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals. Collaborate with multi‑discipline teams to deliver innovative project solutions. Maintain close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion. Manage and mentor junior level staff. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field. Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Florida or ability to obtain within six months of hire. Experience managing multi‑discipline infrastructure projects. Experience in the design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial water treatment projects. Proven understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Solid knowledge of water treatment systems, equipment, and regulations. Preferred Qualifications Fifteen (15) + years of experience designing and/or managing water treatment projects. Knowledge of regional water issues and familiarity with the municipal government client base. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Ability to scope and budget new water facility projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Benefits Base compensation expected to range of $130,000 and $150,000 based on skill set and experience. Full benefits package includes health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
