Project Manager / Site Civil Engineer

We’re expanding our Community Development team in Tampa and looking for a Project Manager / Site Civil Engineer who’s ready to take ownership of meaningful projects and play a key role in shaping communities across Florida. Responsibilities Lead and work on projects designed by CPH’s Community Development Team, focusing on the site civil aspects of the design, including: Site layout Grading Drainage Utilities Construction plan preparation Permitting Manage the team and projects from initial concept and due diligence through permitting and construction. The work covers a variety of clients locally, regionally, and throughout the U.S. Project Types Parks and recreation Operations and public works complexes Public safety Education and institutional projects Airport facilities Localized and regional drainage systems Up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus. #J-18808-Ljbffr trilongroup
