Responsibilities

1. Develops high-quality software design and architecture
2. Executes assigned tasks in an agile methodology
3. Develops tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
4. Automates tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
5. Develop features to enhance the user experience
6. Build reusable code for future use
7. Review and debug code
8. Collaborate directly with our business users as we build new products
9. Learn and solve business and technology problems
10. Work in agile and focused small teams
11. Ability to receive and give constructive criticism (critique the product - not the people)
12. Perform validation and verification testing
13. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products
14. Maintenance of existing systems
15. Identify issues that may block your progress and bring them up to the team to find a solution
16. Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training
17. The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all employees
18. The ability to build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees
19. The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers, and managers
