CNC Shop Operations Lead - Lean Manufacturing & Quality
Jobtailor
Jobtailor is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to lead daily machining operations, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and timely delivery. You will supervise machinists and team leads, monitor performance metrics, and drive improvements on the shop floor. You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Operations to resolve issues, while ensuring compliance with FDA QSRs and ISO standards.
