11 Month Office Clerk/Health Monitor

Job Title: 11-Month Office/Health Monitor Clerk
Primary Function: Record keeping of student attendance, student records, report cards, student scheduling.
Pay Grade: N-207- Grade 4 - Salary Range: $26,340.00 to $40,302.00. Salary placement will be based on Douglas County Board of Education approved salary schedules and years of verified experience.
Terms of Employment: 207 Days (11 Months)
Reports To: Principal
Education Level: High School Graduate
Physical Requirements: Routine physical activities that are required to fulfill job responsibilities. Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body; sedentary work involves sitting most of the time; jobs are sedentary if working and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Proficient Skills: General office skills including light typing, filing, elementary knowledge of computers and office equipment
Essential Duties:
- Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance
- Enters and maintains all student attendance records daily
- Records all grades for students and prints report cards
- Prints progress reports
- Maintains all student permanent records/cards
- Processes all student records request
- Enters and maintains student schedules
- Enters and maintains discipline reports for students
- Processes all new student records and assigns schedules
- Prepares records for storage at the records center
- Transfers student records to other schools
- Performs other duties as assigned by the principal
