Senior UX Designer

Salary: $108,000 - 148,000 per year Requirements:

• We require at least five years of demonstrated experience in UI/UX design, concept development, and delivering products across web, mobile apps, and responsive interfaces.
• We require experience building and maintaining design systems.
• We prefer a bachelors degree in design, psychology, or a related research discipline.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• We facilitate and drive the innovation design process, helping move ideas from concept to proof of concept for user testing.
• We lead UX research, design, and testing for new experiences as well as enhancements to existing ones.
• We advocate for strategic design approaches grounded in business goals, user needs, demographic and usage data, and research insights.
• We communicate user experience concepts through mental model maps, wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, personas, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• We deliver work that is intuitive, visually compelling, and results-driven.
• We assess and improve new and existing features by taking part in or leading user research and performance analysis.
• We mentor junior designers and researchers while leading the design and research workstream within projects or programs.
• We present design ideas confidently and facilitate brainstorming sessions with leaders, developers, and stakeholders.
• We conduct independent research and competitive analysis across UX, product, and strategy dimensions.
• We gather and interpret user behavior through lab studies, field visits, ethnography, surveys, benchmark studies, server logs, and online experiments such as A/B testing.
• We collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, business operations specialists, digital strategists, and UX researchers to prioritize research in a fast-moving environment while balancing technical and business needs.
• We design and execute user research using qualitative and quantitative methods, including ethnographic studies, primary interviews, generative design research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• We plan, conduct, and synthesize ethnographic studies and primary interviews with users, customers, and key stakeholders.
