We are seeking a dedicatedMedical Director/Attending Physician to provide exceptional care across localskilled nursing facilities in Springfield, IL. As the attending physician,you will partner with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistantsto deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while providing clinicalleadership and oversight within assigned facilities.

• Part-time schedule servinglocal skilled nursing facilities

• Physicians typically covereach facility 1–2 days per week

• No fixed daily start or endtimes
\n
• No call responsibilities
\n
• No overnight shifts

• 18 – 25 visits per day
