TheSuperintendentimplementsallfieldactivitiesforself-performedwork,subcontractorwork,andfieldlogisticalitemsbycoordinatingandmanagingReaumeRichardsonfieldstaffandprojectsubcontractorsfromprojectinitiationthroughcompletion.Thisroleactsasaleaderinthefield,responsibleandaccountableforthequality,safety,andscheduleoftheconstructionsite.TheSuperintendentmustprofessionallyrepresentReaumeRichardsonfieldoperationsastheprimaryinterfacewiththeowneranddesignteam. Leadandoverseealldailyfieldoperationstoensureadherencetositesafetystandards,constructionquality,scheduleprogress,andoverallsitecleanliness. Workingknowledgeofapplicablesafetyandbuildingregulations(i.e.,OSHA). Developathoroughunderstandingofprojectstrategy,contractualcommitments,andkeyobjectives,includingfinancialtargets,scheduling,logistics,phasing,milestones,andinspectionrequirements. Demonstrateadvancedproblem-solvingcapabilitiesinfindingwaystoovercomeconstantobstacles,issues,andconflictsonthejob. Ensureahighqualityofworkconsistentwithprojectandcompanystandards. CollaboratecloselywiththeProjectManagertomaintainanaccurate,up-to-dateprojectschedulethatreflectscurrentprojectconditionsandalignswithbudgetaryandtimelinerequirements. Maintainclear,consistent,andopencommunicationwiththeprojectteamregardingchangesinscope,siteconditions,subcontractorcoordination,andanyshiftsinprojectdirection. Fosterandmodelpositiveworkingrelationshipsbyengagingsubcontractorsandvendorsprofessionallyandfairly,whilereinforcingthisstandardacrosstheprojectteam.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
