Licensed Therapist (Remote, Part Time or Full Time - Massachusetts)

Welcome to Brightline! We are searching for Full-Time or Part-Time, Licensed Child and Behavioral Therapists to deliver virtual care to our members based in Massachusetts ! If you are as passionate about evidence-based mental health care for kids, teens, and families as we are, we’re looking for you. This role's schedule could be Full-Time 35 hours or Part-Time 20 hours per week. We are looking for availability to cover our core operating hours which are: Monday- Friday 1-7pm or 2-8pm EST Responsibilities Include: Providing comprehensive care to kids up to age 18, including ongoing therapy, care plan development, utilization of evidence-based interventions in individual and group formats, and measurement-based care best practices Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, engaging in peer consultation, and engaging in continuous professional development Requirements: Massachusetts unrestricted LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT licensure(s) with a minimum of 3,000 hours of supervision completed Clinical Modalities: Demonstrated proficiency and direct experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Highly Preferred: Specialized experience or certification in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Parent Management Training (PMT) Completion of one of the following National Examinations (NCE, NCMHCE, AMFTRB, ASWB) Extensive experience treating common concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, trauma, and other similar presentations Strong knowledge of current clinical research and a commitment to staying updated on the latest empirical advancements A clear understanding and deep commitment to ethical standards of care Experience providing care virtually Highly preferred: a background in, or a passion for, providing high-quality care to pediatric populations Total Rewards: Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus life and long term disability coverage and a flexible spending account (FSA) Time Off: Paid time off, sick time, holidays, and parental leave Financial Wellness: 401(k)* Stipends and Reimbursements: Work from home stipend, health and wellness stipend, professional development reimbursement, commuter benefits, cell phone and internet reimbursement, and licensure maintenance support Work Environment: A collaborative, clinician-led culture that fosters connection, support, and community This position is for FT 35 hours or PT 20 hours per week. The target compensation (based on 35 hours) ranges from $72,000 to $80,000. Please note that individual compensation may vary from this range based on several factors, including licensure, experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
