Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Coordinate referrals for psychiatric services when appropriate

Collaborate with leadership to enhance patient outcomes and experience

About You

Passionate about mental health and patient well-being

Practice with integrity and professionalism

Curious, growth-oriented, and committed to learning

Graduate of an accredited LMFT or LCSW program

Active California LMFT license required

Credentialing with major government and commercial payers (such as Medi-Cal, LA Care, CalOptima, Medicare, TriWest, and TRICARE) is strongly preferred
