In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service appointments for our customers, ordering parts needed, etc. You will work closely with our service advisors and technicians to ensure that our customers' vehicles are serviced in a timely and efficient manner.ResponsibilitiesSchedule service appointments and maintain the service appointment logCoordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups with customersProvide updates to customers on the status of their vehiclesCollaborate with service advisors to determine the estimated time of completion for each service jobEnsure that all required paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely mannerResolve any customer concerns or issues related to service appointmentsRequirementsPrior experience in a customer serviceExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyGood communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in using scheduling software and MS Office applicationsKnowledge of automotive terminology and service processes is a plusBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off and holidaysEmployee discounts on vehicles and servicesOpportunities for career advancement
