Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN to join the Intensive Care Unit as a traveling nurse in Grafton, WI. This role requires strong critical care skills to deliver exceptional patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU

• Provide critical care to patients with sepsis, intoxications, overdoses, stroke, and surgical recovery, among other conditions
• Manage ventilators, tracheostomies, and invasive lines
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
• Participate in patient recovery in post-surgical and post-cardiac cath settings
• Handle critical equipment including CVVH and CRRT machines
• Float to intermediate units, MSU, ED Boarding, or Observation units as needed

Requirements of the RN - ICU

• Minimum 3 years of ICU experience required
• Active RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• NIHSS preferred
• Proficient in EPIC EMR, Alaris IV pumps, and Pyxis medication systems
• Preferred experience in cardiovascular and CV surgery, IABPs, Impellas
