Transfusion Services Lead - Elevate Lab Quality & Team

Overview Assists the laboratory manager/director in the management of the assigned laboratory department(s) and its staff and day-to-day operations; this includes, but is not limited to, process improvement, Technical Procedure revision, staff scheduling, interview process, staff performance review, coaching, training, competency development and assessment; employee relation issues; department compliance; policy and regulatory compliance; and Quality Assurance/Improvement.
