CNC Machinist (Mill-turn)

Position Description: CNC Machinist (Mill-turn)

Precision machining business is looking for an EXPERIENCED CNC Machinist. We are looking for Mazak MSY or Integrex experience.

This position is responsible for setting up and running CNC Machines to produce parts to customer standards. Monitors parts to ensure they are meeting customer specifications.

Duties include:
• Program, setup and run multi axis CNC lathe with live rotary milling tools
• Interpret blueprints, sketches and engineering specifications
• Determine process, tools, and programming (in Mazatrol)

Qualifications include:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Turning with live tooling. Prefer experience in a Job Shop environment.
• Prefer familiarity with a variety of metals and plastics and working on parts with very close tolerances.
• Ability to inspect own work, troubleshoot and recommend optimal cutting tools a must.
• Mazak MSY/ Integrex experience preferred

Hours:

Standard 1st Shift Schedule: Monday thru Thursday: 6:00am - 4:30pm

OT Friday: 6:00am - 2:30pm (When needed)

Standard 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 4:15 pm - 2:45 am

OT Friday 2:15 pm - 10:45 pm (When needed)
