Job Description The role engages customers at the bank’s lobby, educates them on self‑service options, and efficiently processes cash transactions. The assistant also manages cash responsibilities, drives the client experience, and supports the overall operational excellence of the financial center. Job Details Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours per week: 40 Pay range: $25.00 – $27.88 hourly Responsibilities Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence. Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience. Manage cash responsibilities. Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients. Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATM. Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet client needs. Adherence to established processes and guidelines, laws, and regulations. Efficient time and capacity management focused on results and client interest. Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, potentially at any financial center within reasonable distance. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions. One year of successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor’s degree or business‑relevant Associate’s degree (e.g., business management, business administration, finance).
