Pay increases when hired full-time!And More!Floor Tech Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 15.00 / hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredVarious shifts available1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM $15.00/hour2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $15.50/hour3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM | $16.00/hourNote: Shift times remain consistent; scheduled days may vary.Responsible for performing a full range of floor care and cleaning duties in a fast-paced industrial environment.Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, buffing, stripping, and waxing.Operate and maintain floor care equipment (e.g., buffers, auto scrubbers) safely and effectively.Handle waste disposal and maintain high cleanliness standards across assigned areas.Floor Tech Qualifications:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods (9.5-hour shifts)Must be comfortable working in non-climate-controlled conditions (temperatures may be hot and cold and it may be noisy)Must have at least 1 year of floor tech or relevant janitorial experienceMust be comfortable working with dust, chemicalsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
