Job OverviewThe Senior Director of Occupancy Planning and Management serves as a strategic leader and trusted advisor who transforms complex real estate challenges into actionable solutions that drive measurable business value for JLL's enterprise clients. In this high-impact role, you will lead a team to deliver world-class occupancy planning strategies, from developing sophisticated blocking and stacking plans to presenting executive-level portfolio recommendations. As the subject matter expert bridging client relationships and cross-functional JLL service lines, you will leverage cutting-edge data analytics, emotional intelligence, and industry thought leadership to optimize real estate portfolios, maximize space utilization, and support transformative business initiatives. This position directly contributes to JLL's mission of shaping the future of real estate by ensuring our clients achieve their business ambitions through innovative, sustainable, and financially astute space solutions.This role is based in San Antonio, Texas and has 4 day per week onsite policy.What your day-to-day will look like:Client & Stakeholder engagementTeam Leadership & CollaborationTactical Operations Oversight for both Occupancy Planning and Space Data Insights TeamsAct as the Subject Matter Expert for all matters related to Occupancy Planning and Space Data InsightsRequired Qualifications:7 – 15 years of experience in corporate environment, with space / occupancy planning and space data management at the strategic levelBachelor’s degree in Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to consolidate data and floor plans into PowerPoint presentationsProficiency in CAFM/IWMS softwareStructured approach to problem-solving with natural inclination for planning strategy and tacticsExceptional communication skills with excellent active listening abilitiesAbility to assess problems, analyze information from multiple perspectives, and develop logical and innovative solutionsCommercially and financially astute Preferred Qualifications:MBAProficiency in Nuvolo CAFM softwareCritical thinking with ability to tell a story through dataHigh emotional intelligence to recognize and understand emotions of team members and colleaguesAbility to influence others and move toward a common vision or goalExhibits managerial courage in directly handling performance issuesActively supports career development and creatively challenges team membersStrong organizational and planning skillsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
