Title: Senior Director, Strategic Finance & FP&A Location: San Antonio, TX Compensation: Up to $220,000 Base + 30% Bonus + Relocation Assistance Why This Opportunity? Drive process improvements, forecasting enhancements, and financial planning modernization efforts. Key Responsibilities Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan processes. Develop long-term financial plans and scenario models supporting growth, investment, and operational initiatives. Deliver actionable insights and executive-level reporting to senior leadership and board stakeholders. Analyze business performance, key metrics, and profitability trends to support strategic decision making. Partner with Operations, Accounting, and cross-functional leaders to align financial objectives with business goals. Enhance forecasting methodologies, planning tools, and reporting capabilities. Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team. Qualifications MBA, CPA, CFA, or related advanced credential strongly preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance leadership roles. Experience supporting large, multi-unit organizations, ideally with 500+ locations. Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and long-range planning. Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate financial insights to senior leadership. Prior experience within restaurant, retail, hospitality, consumer services, or other multi-location operating environments is highly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
