Senior Program Manager

Job TitleThis position will be working for a major U.S. insurance carrier.Illicit requirements from key stakeholders to create Adobe Analytics workspaces.Create Adobe Analytics workspaces for insurance product lines to measure digital landing page performance.Manages development and maintenance of precise and scalable report suite for eCommerce LOBs (i.e., Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Renters Insurance, Motorcycle Insurance, Small Business Insurance, etc.).Develops, prioritizes, advocates, socializes, and delivers a 12-month reporting roadmap for enhancing existing reporting and creating new reporting.Research best in class digital reporting practices and create associated recommendations that influence the reporting roadmap.Define the overarching architecture and strategy around data collection and reporting to identify key KPIs for eCommerce leaders to deliver best-in-class customer experience.Monitors digital product landing page performance, partners with eCommerce leaders to identify actionable areas to improve, and creates associated recommendations that influence the digital reporting and eCommerce roadmaps.Partners with cross-functional teams (e.g., insurance product line leadership, SEO, Analytics, etc.) to create and optimize eCommerce digital reporting.Required Skills: Program Management Additional Skills: Program ManagerThis is a high PRIORITY requisition.
