We’re looking for experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) interested in exciting travel interim leadership opportunities! As a Nurse Consultant, you’ll provide on-site professional consulting services to post-acute and aging services clients, making a real impact in organizations that need your expertise.

Your Impact as a Nurse Consultant (RN):

Assess, plan, develop, and implement systems and processes for clients.

Identify training needs and conduct staff in-services as necessary.

Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices.

Provide guidance within the scope of work defined by the client.

Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.

What We’re Looking For

Current MN RN.

Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience (management experience preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation.

Flexibility for travel throughout MN & WI.
