We are seeking an experienced and professional Poker Dealer to join our casino team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dealing poker games efficiently, ensuring a high level of guest experience, and maintaining integrity and compliance with gaming regulations.

Location: The Nash Casino - 310 Daniel Webster Highway - Nashua, NH
Hours: Full-time: Variable Hours - (1st shift/swing shift/late night shift) with Weekends and Holiday's required

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensures integrity of games for both the players and The Nash Casino.
  • Individually and personally responsible for customer loyalty and return visitation by building relationships through one of a kind customer interaction
  • Accurately exchange chips for cash.
  • Maintain the flow of the game and ensure that the rules are followed.
  • Calculates odds for payments.
  • Properly operates and conducts games in a professional manner
  • Compliance with all gaming regulations.
  • Compliance with all customer service programs implemented by The Nash Casino.
  • Performs all duties in accordance with The Nash Casino policies and applicable regulatory requirements
Education and Minimum Requirements
  • 2 year's experience preferred and must be able to pass an audition.
  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid New Hampshire gaming license.
  • Must be knowledgeable and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocols.
  • Must pass all pre-screening and background checks.
Physical/Mental Working Demands
  • Must be able to move in and around the entire facility throughout the entire workday.
  • Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to repeat the same movements.
  • Required to use close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, and ability to focus.
  • Ability to handle small parts and manipulate objects.
  • Must be able to engage and interact with all guests appropriately and work well under the pressure of a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to successfully communicate on a regular basis with all co-workers, vendors, and guests both in person & over the phone.
  • Must be able to answer all inquiries and provide assistance and information in a clear, professional and accurate manner.
  • Reading, writing, simple arithmetic, mathematics, good color vision, speaking, understanding, hearing, sitting, standing, lifting, bending, working under pressure, and working rapidly for long periods.
  • Must be able to access and interpret information on computer screens.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, balance, and work the entire property; to include the ability to tolerate changes in temperature.
  • Must be able to work in an environment where smoking is permitted and can be loud with guest chatter, overhead music, and live entertainment.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds with or without assistance and respond to visual and aural cues.
  • Requires the ability to distinguish letters or symbols, colors, and eye hand coordination.
  • Works well with a team and independently.
