Warehouse Materials Specialist – Epicor & Reach Forklift

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Reports To: DC Supervisor or Designee

What you'll do

• Operate reach and counterbalance forklifts (gas or electric) and other MHE with confidence.
• Pick up finished goods from assembly and complete shipments using correct transactions.
• Receive inbound materials; perform put-away and maintain accurate locations in inventory.
• Execute all material movements in Epicor for real-time inventory accuracy.
• Load and unload semi-trailers; stage, wrap, and secure pallets as needed.
• Follow organizational policies, rules, and safety procedures; assist with other related duties.

Are you a match?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 12 months of related warehouse experience and at least 1 year operating material handling equipment.
• Experience with accurate inventory transactions; understanding of warehouse product flow.
• Comfortable with RF scanners, tablets, and ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
• Basic computer and math skills; able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Collaborative teammate who can also work independently; dependable work ethic.
• Can use basic hand tools (air drivers, wrenches, etc.).

Physical requirements

• Stand/walk 8+ hours daily and cover long distances repeatedly.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.; bend, stoop, and climb step stools/small ladders.
