Talento Search Group has an opening for a  Maintenance Manager in the Great Falls, Montana area. This is a direct hire, 1st shift position.

Key Highlights:

• Pay: $90,000 - $115,000 depending upon experience
• Shift: 1st
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Vacation
• Relocation considered for right candidate

Responsibilities:

• Hands on experience with maintenance repairs, revision and installations for both electrical and mechanical
• PM program monitoring and revamp as needed
• Review of maintenance processes and look for improvement opportunities
• Equipment and facility inspections for operational readiness
• Ensure all safety and regulatory standards are adhered to.
• Oversight of training, scheduling and other personnel procedures

Background Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or Manager role.  
• Proven hands on experience with mechanical and electrical repairs on production and facilities equipment
• Familiar with material handling equipment such as overhead cranes, forklifts, etc.
• High regard for safety and great communication skills
• Physically capable to move up to 75 pounds with/without assistance
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
