Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Skilled Nursing Facility | Maumee, Ohio

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)to lead a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Maumee, Ohio . This is a contract-to-hire leadership opportunity with a stable, well-supported organization that values strong operators and hands-on leadership.

This role offers the autonomy to lead effectively, backed by regional support and the resources of a nationwide organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall facility operations for a skilled nursing and rehab center
Drive strong outcomes across clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and financial performance
Build, mentor, and retain high-performing department leaders
Lead survey readiness and ensure ongoing compliance with state and federal regulations
Foster a positive, resident-centered culture for staff, residents, and families
Partner closely with regional leadership to meet performance goals

Qualifications

Active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license – required
Minimum 2 years of Administrator experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting
Strong knowledge of survey processes, compliance, and QAPI
Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational performance
Excellent communication skills with staff, residents, and families
