Premium Food Service Supervisor - Toyota Center

The Premium Food Supervisor oversees premium food service operations in suites, clubs, lounges, and hospitality areas. This role leads service staff, ensures exceptional guest experiences, maintains food quality and safety standards, manages inventory and labor costs, and supports seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support premium service staff, including attendants, coordinators, runners, and cashiers.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and ensure adherence to service standards, company policies, and appearance guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by addressing concerns, special requests, allergies, and service recovery needs.
• Monitor event operations, service flow, and food presentation to maintain premium standards.
• Coordinate with culinary teams on menu execution, food quality, timing, and service readiness.
• Oversee setup, stocking, event execution, breakdown, and post-event cleanup of premium areas.
• Monitor inventory, assist with cost-control initiatives, and ensure proper food storage and rotation (FIFO).
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, HACCP, health regulations, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between operations, culinary, beverage, cash operations, and management teams.
• Review event orders, complete operational reports, and support labor tracking and scheduling.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
• Food Safety and TABC certification required.
