Sales Relationship Manager

Overview A confidential company in Oregon is seeking a high-performing Sales Relationship Manager with strong, verifiable sales experience to lead territory growth, manage key accounts, and support field operations. This role requires a polished communicator who can confidently engage with budtenders, store managers, and CEOs of large organizations while representing the brand with professionalism. This position is ideal for candidates coming from structured, corporate sales environments (CPG, beverage, alcohol, pharma, distribution, B2B, territory sales, etc.) who excel at relationship-building and territory management. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners across Oregon Drive territory growth through new account acquisition and strategic expansion Lead and support Sales Reps, Delivery Drivers, and Brand Ambassadors Conduct store visits, product education, trainings, and merchandising support Represent the company professionally at industry events, launches, and community activations Communicate confidently with everyone from budtenders to executives Develop territory plans, sales strategies, and performance goals Work nights and weekends as needed for events, store support, and market coverage Maintain a high level of professionalism, organization, and accountability Required Qualifications 3+ years of verifiable sales or account management experience Proven success in territory management, B2B sales, or relationship-driven selling Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work evenings/weekends and attend industry events Comfortable leading and supporting field teams Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Experience in regulated industries Experience with merchandising, field marketing, or brand representation Cannabis industry familiarity is a bonus, not a requirement What We’re Looking For Polished, professional communicator Charismatic and able to connect with anyone Highly organized, accountable, and self-motivated Confident operating in fast-moving environments Someone who can represent the company with credibility at all levels #J-18808-Ljbffr
