Immediately hiring Laborers

Start Date: July 7

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $25/hour

Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team that builds essential warehouse systems? We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Laborer to assist with installing and maintaining industrial racking systems. If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to get to work, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team.

• Assemble and install pallet racking, shelving units, and storage systems
• Use tools to bolt, anchor, and secure racks to floors and structures while following safety standards

• Transport racking components such as beams, uprights, and decking on-site
• Assist with staging and organizing materials to keep projects running efficiently

• Check racking systems for damage, wear, or safety concerns
• Perform minor repairs, adjustments, or part replacements as needed

• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials
• Comfortable working in a physical, team-oriented environment
• Basic familiarity with hand and power tools is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
