At Skin Spa Asheville , we specialize in elevated spa experiences, group celebrations, and memorable guest moments. We’re looking for a Sales & Booking Specialist who can confidently convert inquiries into bookings, build relationships with new clients, and drive consistent growth through outreach and upselling. 

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails with professionalism, warmth, and urgency
• Convert inquiries into booked appointments and spa parties
• Confidently recommend services, packages, and add-ons to maximize each booking
• Proactively follow up with leads and incomplete bookings
• Build relationships with wedding planners, hotels, Airbnb hosts, and local businesses to generate new client referrals
• Assist with coordinating group bookings (bachelorettes, birthdays, couples, etc.)
• Maintain organized client records and booking notes
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and rebooking
• Support front desk flow when needed to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Experience in sales, hospitality, spa, or customer service preferred

Compensation

• Hourly pay: $18 - $20/hour (based on experience)
• Bonus/commission opportunities based on bookings and sales performance
