Machine Operator Compensation

• Pay rate: $20.00 per hour
• 6:00AM-6:00PM, 12 hr Rotating Shifts including weekends

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision.
• Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards.
• Support team goals and objectives by working effectively in a team setting.
• Make decisions within routine, standard practices following instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Handle tasks such as operating machinery, ensuring quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols.

Machine Operator QUALIFICATIONS:

***Critical Information:

• Shift: 6:00AM-6:00PM, rotating 12-hour shifts including weekends
• Remote/on-site/hybrid: On-site
• Work environment: Manufacturing setting with adherence to FDA, GMPs, ISO standards

***Education/Licenses Needed:

• High School Diploma or GED
• One to two years of experience in manufacturing environment
• Effective communication skills, ability to read/write/interpret specifications, basic math skills
