As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and manage cases to deliver quality care in accordance with regulations. Your role includes completing OASIS documentation, implementing care plans, and collaborating with LPNs to ensure patient needs are met. You'll maintain accurate records and educate patients and caregivers, ensuring informed decisions are made.
